How we help
An agency, not a shipping company
Most of our clients are people, not businesses. A family moving from Warsaw to Dubai. Someone bringing home a puppy from a breeder three countries away. A person flying with their service dog in the cabin.
We work as your agent. We know which laboratory, which document, which airline — and in what order. If you want to travel with your pet yourself, we give you a clear plan and tell you exactly what to do. If you can’t or don’t want to travel with your pet, we arrange your pet’s journey and handle everything from start to finish.
We also work with kennels, travel agencies and relocation teams. Our role stays the same: we work out what needs to be done and make sure it gets done.
